We generate lots of photos for you. Most are great. A few will be weird, that's just how AI works, and we'd rather be upfront about it. But here's our promise:

If you don't walk away with at least one photo good enough to use, we'll give you your money back.

Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of receiving your photos
  • You have not downloaded any of the generated photos
  • You are unsatisfied with the quality of the generated photos
  • Technical issues prevented proper delivery of your order

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@pfpmaker.com
  2. Include your order number in the subject line
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your refund request

Refund Processing

Once we receive your request:

  • We'll review your request within 24 hours
  • Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when processed

Non-Refundable Situations

We may not be able to process a refund if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery
  • The photos have been commercially used or published
  • The request appears to be fraudulent

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or credits for future orders instead of a full refund. This will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
